List of colleges offering Aeronautical Engineering

For those interested in pursuing a degree in aeronautical engineering (also known usually as aerospace engineering), several colleges and universities offer excellent programs. According to the Academy of the Air Force of EE. UU., "Aeronautical engineering profession is to design, develop, test, manufacture and maintain all atmospheric flight systems".
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University
With offices both in Daytona Beach, Florida, and Prescott, Arizona, the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is the oldest and one of the most distinguished universities specializing in aerospace and aviation. The aerospace engineering program teaches students about aerospace design and theory, the modern analysis, measurement, communications and computer methods. Georgia Institute of Technology

The Georgia Institute of Technology is located in downtown Atlanta. Aeronautical Engineering program provides comprehensive training in aerodynamics, aircraft and space structures, flight and orbital mechanics, propulsion and aerospace systems design. Georgia Institute of Technology 270 Ferst Drive Atlanta, GA 30332 (404) 894-3000 gatech.edu
Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)
The MIT (for its acronym in English) is located on the outskirts of Boston, in Cambridge, Massachusetts. All program students will gain knowledge of the basic principles of aerospace engineering but must choose one of two specialties: Aerospace engineering or aerospace engineering with information technology. Even after choosing their specialty, students can still take other courses as electives. Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) 77 Massachusetts Avenue. Cambridge, MA 02139 (617) 253-1000 mit.edu

Academy US Air Force. UU.

The Academy US Air Force. UU., Headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is one of the most prominent universities in aeronautical engineering in the United States and prepares cadets to serve in the Air Force. Unlike other colleges and universities, cadets must first complete basic training before they can enroll in the program's degree in aeronautical engineering. Cadets are trained in various disciplines such as aerodynamics, aircraft design, engine design, materials and aerospace structures, propulsion, flight mechanics and experimental and computational investigations.
